    Everyone needs to #HelpLbrySaveCrypto The bottom line is yes, LBRY’s radical transparency gives the SEC the “ammo” they need to walk back their Ethereum precedent a bit. Deepening the indeterminacy. Which helps nobody except incumbents + lawyers. This ⬇️ is unconscionable tbh.

    BREAKING: no unanimous consent on Toomey, Lummis, Portman, … compromise amendment because Shelby (Alabama) wanted to add a $50B military spending rider, which Toomey + allies agreed to, but which Sanders predictably opposed. Back to sweeping reporting language in original bill.
