Last night @ArcadeBrooklyn I opened a Wii u in order to remove some switch games from the disc drive. Yes you heard correctly, the console owner's son stuck a bunch of switch games in there.

- One of the big blue cabs @ArcadeBrooklyn had started losing the color red months back. A week ago I spent a few days diagnosing. Swapped the red transistors on the neck and chassis and no dice. Then another night I tested the tube and the red gun was shot.
- Man fuck cps3, got this one all the way from Chile. It had error 13 and error 23. Took me two full nights to fix.
- I would like to say to anyone giving shit to the people that make mod boards for old consoles shit. Go fuck yourselves, there is a pandemic and chip shortage. These people have family lives and day jobs, so get over your entitled selves please.
- If you have a Sega CD1 and it's never been recapped, do not send it to me lol. I get tired of telling people these things are a shit show, the longer you wait the worse it is.
- Blast City had low contrast, nothing that a recap and reflow could not cure.
GIF - The shame of the world we live in, content creators who never really played VF seriously get to drive the narrative. Detrimental is what I call it, I love VF and have played it for a long long time. I hope content creators don't deter ya from playing, cause it will not stop us.
- Decided to delid my launch PS3 even though it was running fine. When I opened it I realized that all the way at launch I had the foresight to change the thermal pads and put in a fan controller. Anyways I still went ahead with the delid and thermal pad replacement.
