Texas A&M walked in and won 11 games. Mizzou won 10+ in Year 2 and 3. Texas waltzed in and went straight to championship game. A bad OU team beat Bama in Year 1.
Sure, it’s the deepest league. But let’s come back to reality here.
D'Eriq King is a trailblazer.
He signed the first NIL deal in college football. He took advantage of the four-game redshirt rule and the transfer portal.
And now, he's the only Black QB coach at the FBS level in Texas.
