    Are there no standards set in the England camp? This, hair pulling and wild celebrations at the most minor things. It's unsavoury, unsportsmanlike and indicative of a poor culture.

    Hugely frustrating that we have another club cancel a game on us for Saturday. WRU needs to urgently address the apathy that is invasive amongst many grassroots clubs. We need support in making rugby at this level attractive for players & supporters and sustainable for our clubs

    It will be an emotional day down the Fred Dunn tomorrow as we say goodbye to a club stalwart Richie Howson! Since making his debut in 2006 Howson has gone on to achieve: 380 appearances 3 seasons as club captain 3 promotions 100th appearance in 2011 200th appearance in 2015
