    Sometimes coaches (ME) can lose sight on how hard baseball is. I think it is important to not be frustrated at players when they don’t clutch up. Hitting is difficult, pitching is difficult, and playing defense is difficult. Having a POSITIVE influence is not difficult.

    Last high school game: didn’t cry Last juco game: didn’t cry Last university game : didn’t cry Last game as a G.A.: struggled to get words out. This team meant so much to me and I truly am going to miss being a lion and all the plays on the team. We had one heck of a run.

    It is so frustrating as a coach when we are recruiting players and we find out they committed elsewhere through Twitter. YOU AREN’T GOING TO HURT OUR FEELINGS. Just tell us so we can move on.

    Officially done with school and got a masters. I never in my life thought I would do something like this. I want to thank everyone that supported me and thank you to @FHU_LIONS for having me as a grad assistant. With that being said, let’s go win an opening round !!!!!

    I am so proud of these guys. They never gave up all season and left it all on the field. I wish nothing but the best for the seniors and I can’t wait to get back on the field next year !!!!!!
