- We end Bike Safety Month strong as we join CPAC with their Safe Streets On Wheels bike event this Sat., 5/30. Bring your family down to take a bike safety tour that includes stops to various safety stations. Event occurs from 9-11 am at Andrew Brown Park East parking lot. 🚴🚴

- Our officers have been getting their fishing practice in preparation for Earthfest & Kid Fish at Andrew Brown Park East this weekend. Officer Sutton didn't get any big bites when he went out, but we're confident that will change Saturday! Learn more at coppelltx.gov/Earthfest.
- We are so excited to announce that the Coppell Police Department recently was recognized in receiving the TPCA re-accreditation for Texas Law Enforcement Best Practices. Since 2006, only 220 law enforcement agencies out of over 2,700 in the state have received this recognition.
- Join us for #TakeBackDay on Saturday, April 25. Just bring your expired or unused prescription medications from 10am to 2pm to the Coppell Justice Center, and we'll get it disposed of for you, no questions asked!
- Our night shift was called to an accident last night on 121. The vehicle started hydroplaning with the slick roads, got spun around, and ultimately was left facing the opposite way of traffic and propped on a median. Be careful out there with the rainy weather this week!
