    CVA strongly cautions against possible deployment of U.S. troops to seize control over Kharg Island or any Iranian territory. The United States should work to end the war with Iran, not double down on a conflict that large majorities of the American people oppose.

    .@RandPaul thank you for not rubber stamping a potentially dangerous escalation of our involvement in the war in Ukraine. The Senate must ask hard questions about what America hopes to achieve by infusing billions in addition to the billions we've already committed to Ukraine.

    This will be the twentieth holiday season U.S. forces have spent in Afghanistan away from their families. Through their valiant efforts, our troops long ago achieved America’s principal objectives in the country by decimating Al Qaeda and severely punishing the Taliban.
