    Teachers: Breaks are not time to get "caught up" They are breaks. Orthopedic surgeons don't get "caught up" on surgeries during vacations in Cabo.

    Please normalize not wasting educators time with purposeless PD. If it can be completed asynchronously (videos, etc) let professionals watch on their own time.. respect people's time. 🕝

    Good Evening.. found out yesterday that my contract was not being renewed. My evaluation says "my passion for HBCUs overshadowed the schools mission" also the focus on HBCUs during Black History Month was "not needed because there are enough Black saints and Christ.."
