Recently, at @chantierdavie’s Nordic Yard in Helsinki, #Finland, the coin‑laying ceremony for the polar icebreaker marked the start of hull assembly and brings Canada one step closer to adding one of the most powerful icebreakers ever built to our fleet.
Last month, we welcomed 102 cadets and crew from Japan Coast Guard’s Itsukushima to our Victoria and Sea Island Bases!
