    A day off doesn’t have to be a day off. 50 Rounds (30 min cap) 1 Burpee 1 Air Squat 1 Jumping Jack 1 Sit-up 3 sec handstand hold (or 10 sec high plank) I got 31 Rounds in 30 mins. I’m old.
