I’m not getting into a big school/small school argument. But there is nothing like high school sports when the whole town shows up and supports. No one does it like rural America

- Don’t say you want to be a player but then turn down opportunities to get better because it doesn’t fit into your schedule or not convenient. Guess what, colleges athletics are not convenient and your schedule isn’t up to you. It’s hard and uncomfortable at times
- Just heard this today and it makes sense. That small business you went and asked help with your local fundraiser, well everyone they need your help now! Even if you have to buy a small gift certificate, do what you can. They did the same for you
- I was fortunate enough tonight to get my 100th win. There have been so many players, coaches and administrators that were a part of so many of them. Thank you to so many people. I could not have done it without all of them. And this team! Keep it rolling
- To many people have summer ball wrong. It’s about getting better for your current team, not chasing scholarships. Your current team is your HS. Summer is easy, no class checks or daily practice. They don’t write about your summer record or what tourneys you won. Put in the work
