- Young football coaches: find yourself a wife who is as into the grind as you are! Nothing better then having someone beside you who understands your passion and has the same fire!!

- For new head coaches: First interview question - “Do you have an iPhone?” Response: “Yes” - continue to ask questions “No” - thank you for coming and don’t call us we’ll call you… drive safe. We must protect the coaches group text at all costs! #KeepTheTextBlue
- We had a football player, Isaiah Hunter, get injured last night and have to be care flighted to Dallas. His family has given me permission to let everyone know that he is doing better and feeling is slowly starting to come back into his legs. Please keep him in your prayers!

- Haven’t had someone professional cut my hair since 8th grade. Made a bet with our captains that if we won District they could pick out a haircut for me. Only was gonna let an E graduate do it! The before and after 😂😂
- Gimme a coach who builds relationships over an “x’s and o’s” guy everyday! Trust and belief are the foundation of every championship team!
- Winning doesn’t make you a great coach and losing doesn’t make you a bad coach - the only real question is “are you doing what’s best for kids in every decision you make?”
