- Just because you played. Don’t mean you can coach and communicate the skills to the athlete.
- You want to hold somebody accountable. Hold your coaches and staffs accountable. It’s their job to build a program. Most HISD schools don’t even have a 100 student athletes in their program. Too busy focusing on 1 athlete. And PLEASE. PLEASE STOP BLAMING TRAINERS AND MENTORS.
- It’s not about kids playing 7v7. It’s about control. That’s why they throw negative terms out like “street agent” , “handler”. Instead of. “Confidant”, “mentor” to manipulate how the story is told.
