- Well, as school wraps up tomorrow so does my time at Joseph Case High School. Teaching/coaching in Swansea has been awesome. It has directly contributed to my growth as not only a teacher/coach but as a person...and for that, I am forever grateful! Thank you for everything!
- It never hits me that the senior’s are done until I watch them put their jerseys on the table one last time. They all stop, touch it, & give it one last look before walking away. Good God, that hits me hard. I thank each of you for letting me be a small part of your big lives.
- Going 1-9 has been a massively humbling experience. There are controllables that we need to fix and uncontrollables that were out of our hands. But the record doesn’t change how much we care about these kids and the responsibility we have to help make them better humans.
- I’ve been in Strength and a Conditioning a long time. Private sector, public sector, D1-D3. This is one of the most impressive things I’ve ever seen. 14 year old freshmen smoking 500lbs. Full depth, no help. Big things on deck for OL/DL ‘26 Eddie Formigoni. #hhnq

- 1 week old today! Last day home hanging out with my guy. Been a crazy week, adding a third to the crew, but blessed and greatful for this family of ours. Excited to get back to @SeekonkHS tomorrow and getting back into some P.E. action! #warriorpride

- Hit a new level on the “Dad” meter tonight. Realized that watering plants at dusk while admiring your own power wash job, can trigger a dopamine hit like no other. So here’s to grass stained kicks, wrench hucks, broken shovels, & dull chainsaw blades. Loving “dad” life.
