- Since moving to Lebanon in January : 15 Athletes under 4.4 pro agility (laser timed), 11 athletes running 19mph or faster (laser timed), and 14 athletes jumping 30+ inches on their vertical. Brick by brick they are buying in! @LTStrength @CoachJeffSmock
