    So you want to play basketball at the highest levels... Get in the gym and shoot, then shoot, and shoot and shoot some more. Then, do that a lot every day. You need to be good in a lot of areas of the game but modern team offense is about shooting and the spacing it creates.

    Twitter friends we could use your prayers. Our baby girl Sophia is keeping us on our toes. In her first 48 hours, she’s had a helicopter ride & gotten lots of attention. We are now in the NICU in St. George & waiting for her lungs to fully develop so she can breathe on her own.

    How hard is it to have a major impact as a freshman? Even the best of the best go through a process. Check out the starts and scoring for these 1st round picks. A development mindset is most important. Keep working and make the most of every opportunity along the way.

    The NBA has spoken with their checkbooks. If you can shoot an elite % from 3 and relatively guard a position you will probably be paid 8 figures. How to shoot a high percentage from 3? 1. Catch & shoot reps 2. More reps 3. More reps 4. Get to open spots 5. Attempt great shots

    Heck of a college basketball game. At Kansas, the toughest place to play in college basketball vs. the defending National champions…25 lead changes & a chance in the final minute. Not the outcome we wanted but proud of the way our guys represented Southern Utah & our program!
