    Great in season/offseason drill for reach blocks. Begin with arms bent, head in gap. At the snap DL should push violently with his gap hand and pull with his inside hand and continue to push-pull. Hips down, stay on LOS, finish with an escape. @DLineVids

    Day 3 of this progression. Mon was from a 6 pt stance, Tues was from a stance w/ no step, & today we put it all together. Thanks to @CoachCarswell for the idea!👊🏼 Coaching Points: -6 in step -Thumbs up—elbows down -Eyes up—hips thru! #Stoptherun @DLineVids

    My heart is hearting for my man, @MarcusBurris8. He is a generational talent, but more importantly, a generational young man who has developed into one of our best leaders. An injury today put his senior season in doubt, but this isn’t the end for him! 🖤this guy! #HeartandSoul
