    Last night was an absolutely heartbreaking time for the entire Iowa Central CC Football Family. Jacquice Baylock will always be remembered and loved as a Triton. Our prayers and condolences go out to his family. I know you are looking down on us. You will be truly missed. #RIP

    When one loses someone, we all do. And to the administrators, @NCAA , @NJCAA after losing one of my kids to a fatal shooting, to think that we don’t need these kids on campus and they don’t need us you’re crazy. A lot of our kids come from nothing and live in rough areas.

    What a week! I was able to get out and visit with some great HS coaches in the state. Always great catching up with guys that I have known for years. There are ballers in Iowa for ‘19. Also we got some big time difference makers for this class. There is something special at IC

    True character comes out when adversity hits. So if you are taking L’s in recruiting, don’t go bad mouthing kids and other programs. Focus on yourself and you’ll win more battles.

    I have had a lot of coaches reach out to me giving thoughts and prayers for our program and Jacquice the last couple days. It shows a lot of character to put rivalries and conference showdowns to the side and understand that we are all one college football family.

    Funny how a school says JUCO football is not “real” football but then will offer JUCO guys. You can’t have it both ways.

    Find a way to test, have protocols and procedures in place to keep these kids safe and healthy from this pandemic but also let them pursue their education and do what they love to do and what some use as an outlet. #RIPBaylock
