    Very proud family moment as the Dean of Nursing at Howard University hangs a picture of our mother, Carolyn (Smith) Tall (class of 1953) honoring her memory and awarding a deserving nursing student at Howard Universiy a scholarship. She always set the Standard, a lasting legacy!
