Mac Jones played QB in the wing T at Bolles High School and then went on to get a scholarship to Alabama, win a national championship, and be a first round draft pick. Seems like it turned out ok for him….

- Today we worked on pad level, maintaining a good wide base and running your feet thru contract, and of course, playing until the echo of the whistle.

- When it means this much to your kids and your coaches then you know you got a chance!Late last Saturday, #BoiseState LB Marco Notarainni sat behind a mic & tried to explain an inexplicable loss. He had a black eye. His elbows were bloody. He played 75 of 76 defensive snaps and had a team-high 10 tackles. Reminder: As much as fans care, the players care more.
00:00 - I had a great time coaching in the GACA Junior All Star Game today. It was an awesome experience getting to work with a bunch of great players and coaches. The South team beat the North team in all three games (SO, JR, SR).
- Today we had the pleasure of having @Lecitus_54 speak to our football team. He spoke about Grit, Perseverance, Doing the little things like being on time, Humility, Being a team player, Being coachable, and the importance of always having an “Underdog Mentality.”
- You won’t find a harder worker than this kid. He brings it every day! Weighs over 200 pounds, blocks his butt off, and runs the ball like it is suppose to be run. Can’t wait to watch what he does in his final season.
