    Call me crazy…But 1st time I call a kid, I’m not offering them. I want to get to know them, find out what fuels them, and have them get to know me. Maybe that’s “old school,” but I value the program too much to just throw out offers without real connection. #RelationshipsMatter

    After Recent events, I feel it necessary to clarify: 1. AAU/HS Coaches: Please Remember, PLAYERS earn scholarships. You are an AVENUE to expose their strengths. 2. PARENTS: No AAU coach can EARN your daughter a scholarship. 3 .ATHLETES: YOU are what MATTERS! #PlayersFIRST
