    Don’t complain about recruiting if you aren’t running TRACK this spring… Talked to a P5 program last week and I asked what recruiting services do you all use to recruit WRs?… “None. We just search track times.” This isn’t just a P5 thing, everyone recruits SPEED.

    I cannot stress this enough after talking to high school coaches about their players disappointing practice habits... Your PRACTICE reps have to match your GAME reps. You don't win on Friday's, Saturday's, or Sundays... YOU WIN DURING THE WEEK OF PRACTICE
