Exit velo doesn’t matter if you can’t hit. Overhand velo doesn’t matter if you can’t field. Pitching velo doesn’t matter if you can’t locate. Metrics are supposed to be used as feedback to instruction to see what improves INDIVIDUAL biomechanics. STOP the misinformation!

Recruit to the standard. Coach to the standard. Develop to the standard. Play to the standard. Success is a byproduct of the standard you set. If it feels out of reach, don’t lower, redefine how you identify and pursue it. Don’t tell me the standard is too high. Raise your Prep!

Athletes today are more stressed because play became performance. Social media, rankings, pressure it’s no longer just a game. We had sandlot ball for a reason, just us playing and “figuring it out”. Now you can’t swing and miss without instruction from 3 people. It’s just a game

🚨There’s a difference between playing your 9 BEST and your BEST 9. This game will teach you that chemistry most times equals a calculated bond on the field. So when recruiting it’s not always about how much talent you have. BUT how your character defines culture to programs too.

🚨 This is the most skilled generation we’ve seen. So we’re looking for more than tools. HS, LL, travel it’s about proving you can adapt, lead, and elevate any roster. Winning with any team, in any role, is what separates good from great. Metrics don’t measure your heart to win.
