I’m now the father to a baby girl! Lucy Elizabeth Morong, 8lbs 21”. Momma and baby are doing great. My wife is unbelievably strong. This is amazing.

- Shoutout to Ella Pelletier.. fouls out on a phantom foul call... doesn't whine, doesn't sulk. Heads to the bench and was firing her team AND the crowd up. Now that's a competitor. #mesports @natepelletier @oxford_hills
- HS players... I was at a game with multiple scholarship-level players, & left amazed by a scrappy guard who was intense on D, relentlessly competing, communicating loudly & effectively on both sides of the ball, OWNED her role, & only scored 9 points. That's what's up.
- We won yesterday far before the final horn. At lunch, one of our players bought a meal for a homeless woman. All on her own, without hesitation, just because she's an amazing & caring person. Proud is an understatement.
- Last night at a game, just there as a fan, not even recruiting, I saw the best teammate I have ever witnessed. She was completely invested in her teams & teammates success. A player who barely sees minutes. It was inspiring. We offered her a spot in our program as our manager.
- Do you want to know why @wellsladyhoops is always in the hunt in February? There's about 20 middle school girls sitting behind me with posters, all in Wells gear. They know all the varsity girls by name. It's not a team, it's a program from top to bottom. Great stuff. #mesports

- Cam finally met Lucy today. His 1st 2 comments to her as the sweet big brother he is: 1. “Lucy you are the sweetest panini.” Then transition immediately into... 2. “Lucy, did you know that when you mix blue and yellow it makes green?!” Solid first impression I’m sure.
- A big day for Emily, a big day for her family, a big day for our program, a big day for CMCC, a big day for Lewiston Auburn, a big day for Maine... it's just a big day. I hope people appreciate and understand the importance of her accomplishment.
