- Our current culture is all “Look at me”. Instead of that gritty mindset of “watch me prove you”. I want players that prove what they are day in and day out. Once you get to college you’re done showcasing and need to flat out prove your worth.
- Young coaches need a PHD mindset. Poor, hungry and dedicated. It’s a grind early at the front end of a college coaching career. But it’s all worth it.
