    I got my daughter off the couch today (her only day off) to get in a father/daughter workout. Something Katie and I will have forever. Just seeing the pics of Kobe and his daughter reminded me how special of a bond basketball has been for us.

    Very sad day. My best friend in the world passed away this morning. We were lucky to have Raleigh in our lives for 13 years. RIP buddy!

    In this drill I usually do hand-off to finish. Now I added handoff to one dribble shot. Defender has to go around cone, offensive player must create space with one dribble or a quick inside foot shot.
