    Reggie Miller just said on TNT / NBA game broadcast ... he would MAKE 500-700 shots 3 hours before game on gameday. Off day's - always MAKE 1,000. Every off day. Young players = please process those numbers. It takes something special to be great. #dedication #workethic

    This happens when you don’t have video games in your house ... creativity by kids! Being outside is a GREAT thing for today’s youth. We all did it growing up right? I think it’s a healthy lifestyle for a kid! #prouddad

    Starting year 15 here at VSU tonight. Very thankful for all of the players and coaches that have helped this program be successful. VSU has incredible people here and I am thankful for the opportunity to lead our basketball program!! #GOBLAZERS

    Thank you for all the texts and calls over the weekend for win #500. You don’t win in any sport without great players and great coaches - and I’ve been blessed to have had many at SPSU and VSU! This is truly a team accomplishment in every manner ... 24 teams = 24 yrs = 500 W’s!

    Very proud of my team for leading us to the GSC regular season championship! We have high character and a lot of talented players. That formula = success. It all starts with the players. I have been very fortunate at VSU to have incredible players!!

    Sunday night ... instead of Fortnight or some other video game ... my boys are in the driveway working out together. They set it up on their own and are encouraging each other ... awesome stuff!! #brothers #prouddad

    Coaches like players who do these things during conditioning: * Don't complain * Encourage your teammates * No hands on knees * Don't be last in your group * Full sprint on every rep And last but certainly not least ... TOUCH THE LINES!! Trust me ... coaches notice.
