- Lackawanna 6pm lifts Because getting up super early as a means of showing toughness is crap. How about we let kids sleep like we preach, demand they crush the classroom and practice.. Then ask them to empty the tank in the weight room without anxiety.D1 = 6am lifts D2 = 6am lifts D3 = 6am lifts JUCO = 6am lifts NAIA = 6am lifts
- Junior College is a level best fitted to serve the undervalued, not the underskilled.
- If the NCAA is willing to allow 25% capacity, on top of its plan to bring 64 teams to a single city,... Well then I'm sure they won't mind a D1 baseball coach standing behind a juco backstop practicing the time honored tradition of avoiding any and all conversation.

- It wasn't the umpire's fault in any way. My kids were just a bit too amped up. I felt this was the best way to restore some order. They had plenty of fun jumping around in the dugout on the preceeding HRs and acting slightly more civil. But please.. - Hi Friends. The Falcons are changing nests. Not immediately (25-26, still juco), but things are changing rapidly. Im excited for a schedule full of long time friends, in-state embedded rivalry and daily competition on a national level in the best D2 league in the country.
