- I don’t do this because my coach used to make me do it as punishment back in middle school.
- 3 weeks into summer workouts... Some of you are determining your own fate. Not bc you’re going to be punished for missing voluntary workouts. Because you’re sitting on your butts getting worse while others get better. #CommitOrSit
