- To the athletes who are able to play in your finals/headed to regionals,go to a teammate who is injured,& tell them how thankful you are for their dedication. There are athletes on every team who cant physically contribute rn, but are doing all they can to be a great teammate.✊🏽
- The sooner we teach athletes to be great teammates whether they play or not, The better they will be prepared for college sports, if they choose to play, AND life. When you’re a part of a team and you give your very best, you will learn life skills that will be greater than PT.

- I observed parents and athletes at two great exposure events this last week and here are a few tips to the young women seeking to do the little things better in a camp or recruiting tournament. These things will be seen by your coach, your opponent, the umpire, and college
- At a tournament, watching softball, hey recruits whether you’re average or above average speed….RUN IT OUT. EVERY TIME. Your hustle and effort matters and while you may not get a base hit how you play the game always matters.
- If you’re a 2024, and haven’t committed yet… DO. NOT. WORRY. Take your time. Own your craft, mindset and recruiting process. Be active in all of it. Trust it’s going to work out, exactly as it should. Keep growing. 🌱
- Softball athletes, you do not need to post every piece of mail, phone call, or detail of your recruiting journey. Share all the details and thanks to those who have helped you and offered you the opportunity, once you decide where you are going. Keep working and growing.
