Tip for young assistants. If the HFC says be there at 7AM….show up at 6 and do whatever needs to be done to prepare for the day.

- High School football coaches. What are you guys doing to recruit your hallways? Any ideas on how to get kids out to play?

- A lot of guys don’t like running triple vs a stack. Triple might be my favorite play vs a 3-3 look! Play the stack mike backer like he’s the 1st down defender block him with the PSG and Read the second down lineman as the dive key.
- Flexbone, Wing T, Slot T or other run base systems, can immediately improve offensive production by changing the tempo when getting in unbalanced sets. Go from pace car to race car when getting in heavy/over sets and don’t give the defense time to adjust.
- Our counter ISO. We use it more to protect our midline play. BOB on the frontside w/ Tom Motion and the A back will ISO the 1ST backer in the box. Force defender does a good job folding in so the A has to pick him up. Nonetheless Good clean look here.
00:00 - Replying to @coach_smith11 and @coachdeesmithDefinitely why I prefaced it with “Young”. By all means be a Father, Husband, and son first.
- Transferring schools to play elsewhere is a cancer that’s leaked it’s way into high schools. Work on building a culture of toughness and love because your personnel can change at any moment. There’s no loyalty anymore.
- There’s just some plays that should be illegal😂. This is one of them. Absolutely filthy concept!Split-Zone Glance/Wheel/Flat RPO from Montana State 📝 Film Below 👇 🎥
- Jet > Rocket . #67 (DE) was a Michigan commit. We used Jet sweep early to make him widen then used belly as a counter to make him wrong. I love how clean belly hits off jet action as opposed to rocket. Both great plays just my preference.
00:00 - Replying to @CoachDanCaseyOne of the most common plays in 6 man football. It’s a staple.
- One of the plays I really like vs a good Mike backer is our follow play . It mimics our triple option and allows us to use our FB to get another hat to the Mike. It’s also good to take advantage of a rover that likes to fall in and help vs the interior run. Good look here.
