I have realized I don’t coach baseball because I love baseball. I coach because I love the opportunity to help a guy find something in him he didn’t know he had. It’s the ability to connect to the player, not the launch angle.

I am in awe of our guys. We had to win seven games in 53 hours to win the National Championship. Not only did they do that, they did it to the tune of 80-16. I love u guys. Thank u for believing in each other and the program. You are now back-to back-to back National Champions.

I was told by a travel ball coach last fall that we aren’t a program because we don’t have multiple teams. At first, it irritated me. Now, I know he was right. We aren’t a program, we are a family. I have been honored to watch them grow and succeed. Love u guys.

All 16-18U guys who hate to lose more than they love to win, call me 812-483-6675. No tryouts. I want 20 guys who want to be a part of something bigger than yourselves. I promise you won’t regret it. It’s a hell of a ride.

You want to be a "winner"? Its not winning. Its hating the feeling of being unprepared, undisciplined, selfish, a quitter, and scared to name a few. Its hating to fail more than u love to win. Winning is nice, but u have to fall in love with the process to truly be a winner.

To all our guys who get to walk across those white lines. Remember your "why". Be true to the 5 yr old u. Don't short change him. Without his dream, you wouldn't be standing where you are today. Look around the field, those guys are family. Smile. You are home. Now protect it

To all the guys who have worn our jersey. Thank you. It was absolutely a blast kicking that (well ya) with you. As my boy Geordie would say with a smirk. Coach, we got this. Conner has learned one thing from you. COMPETE. Love you guys.

Somebody asked, what makes you different? Our players don’t care about swag. They could give two $hits less about a bus. They honestly just want to kick your ass. I don’t look for travel ball guys. I look for wing men. They know how to play the game unselfishly.

We don’t look for dudes or players. We want wing men. A team full of wing men never fail to score. They are the ultimate team guys. Their unselfishness is the teams ultimate strength. Fun as hell to coach too. No me shit. Just we.
