    Saw four PSAs crying last wknd w/ their parents. Overheard two convos & central theme was pressure they were feeling. You have time! We don’t make decisions off one bad wknd- at least not the coaches you want to play for. Take a breath. Trust your work. It will come together!

    I’m happy I don’t sit in the stands during our games. Hearing parents rip apart coaching decisions is brutal. I promise they’re doing their best - they really want to win, too. Hard for athletes to trust their coaches if they hear negative rhetoric from the people they love most.

    RECRUITS: We follow all year & love to hear about your progress! The majority of our time goes to our own squad in the spring as we work to win a champ. We use summer, fall & winter for visits. It doesn't mean we don't notice you, but just wanted you to know where our focus is!

    Introducing our newest and cutest Blue Hen- Steele Jaxon. Born 8/8, weighing 6 lbs 15 oz and measuring 20 inches long. Early assessment looks promising- giant hands and feet, long fingers, great grip strength and high calves. @ryancarty10 @BlueHenIngelsby @CoachMamsUD

    🤩 I have NEVER BEEN SO EXCITED to get back out on the road and recruit! Here’s to 14 hour days, stuffing my bag/pocket/car with team roster pages, saying what I am looking for no less than 20 times a day, and forgetting which rental car is mine. Recruiting: I’ve missed you!

    1st recruiting wknd is here and I can’t help but reflect on the 2018 NCAA estimated probability of competing in college athletics- 5.4% for SB, with 1.7% at the D1 level 🤯 Be excited if a coach shows interest in you! Don’t turn anyone away bc of the level- explore your options!
