USA Basketball needs to step in and get control of summer youth basketball asap.
I’m going to leave it at that.
Every HS player does not deserve the right to play in front of college coaches.
The landscape is too watered down.

- Is anybody teaching Jab Steps and pivots anymore? What about how to attack closeouts or all we teaching kids is combo dribble moves against cones?
- I meant what I said about not every kid deserving the privilege of playing in front of college coaches. It’s crazy in America we think we just deserve stuff that we put little to no work in achieving. If you are a coach make sure you are teaching your players the right things.
- The physicality at the Division 1 level right now is crazy. If you are not in the weight room 3-4 days a week and doing speed/agility training forget about it.
- High School Coaches and Trainers need to teach big players how to play BIG‼️
- Everyone’s basketball journey is different. We have to stop with this entitlement that because someone else gets something, that we deserve it because we know them. We don’t know what the next player or coach had to sacrifice to get to where they are.
