- Stop making kids feel that it’s D1 or bust. Stop calling kids PROs in 9th grade. Start Allowing kids time to grow & develop. Stop ranking 1st graders. 🤷🏽♂️ Stop putting unrealistic expectations on kids then turning on them when they don’t meet them! #RecruitTalk
