- A few observations from watching the #THSFB State Championships... 1. Scheme doesn't always matter. 2. Talent doesn't always matter. 3. TOUGHNESS, CULTURE, and EXECUTION ALWAYS matters. Awesome weekend of football so far. You can learn a lot just by watching great programs.
