I have learned a lot from @CoachMattRhule but my favorite thing probably is how they issue single-digit uniform numbers. Players vote on who the TOUGHEST on the team are and they get them. #EarnEverything

- Just had a ‘get right’ session w our team about profanity. Not sure how many coaches think this is important but if ur team curses in everyday talk u can’t have much of a culture. @GoonRecruits #disciplineoverself

- 2017 when Baylor was 1-11 many were poking fun at @BUFootball for doing 'tough drills' pregame (bull in the ring) type drill. No one criticizing @CoachMattRhule anymore. Win or lose this is one of the greatest coaching jobs in the modern era. #TPW
- Last yr. we did a leadership lesson on how much class @JalenHurts handled the nat'l champ. game. This year we will do another lesson on perseverance & being ready when your number is called! What a winner & teachable moment. #grownmanintegrity @CoachRudolph
