Who, exactly, is ‘woke’ in the classroom? I’ve worked in 7 great districts across the state of Texas, and have never seen or heard of a ‘woke’ teacher or classroom. It is scary how out of touch with public education our governor is!
I was proud to sign key laws to empower parents, remove woke agendas from the classroom, and expand education resources for students with special needs.
There’s more work to do.
We must deliver education freedom to EVERY Texas family.
