- Saddened to hear the news of Iowa Wesleyan shutting down. Will always have a special place in my heart; started as 24 yr old head coach and left as husband and father. Grateful for all the wonderful people and former players. Praying for @IowaWesleyanMBB
- Playing college basketball is a huge commitment, one that requires you to make a lot of sacrifices. One of the biggest is time with family during the holidays. For those that get to see family , be thankful because there are many more that don’t.
- Thankful to spend some time with NBA great Mark Price tonight. Awesome to share a table during dinner then listening to him speak about his career and his faith.
- It’s always tough to watch seniors play their final game. Especially true this year as every single one of these guys is a 4 year student here at IW. We’ve had our ups and downs, but I couldn’t be more proud of the commitment and persistence of this group.
- For anyone who mistakes her passion and intensity for ego or selfishness. She is going to get hers but she will definitely make sure her teammates eat too. My daughter is about to turn 2, but when she starts hooping she is going to know who @CaitlinClark22 isCaitlin Clark has 161 points and 52 assists in this NCAA Tournament. Since 2000, it's one of six instances of a player having 150 points and 50 assists in ANY 5-game span. All six of those belong to Caitlin Clark.
- While on the road recruiting last night I was able to watch former player Brock Butler coach his HS team. 1st season as head coach didn’t end as hoped, but he has a bright future. Very proud of you @BrockJButler
- Never easy to end a season, but even tougher to know the time has come for these 3. I can’t thank them enough for everything they mean to me and this program. So grateful they chose to be a part of the last 4 years. #EverythingWeGot

- It was fun to take my team to play where I played in college. Lot of memories in that gym. They competed hard against a good Upper Iowa team. Got to see a lot of familiar faces.
