AAU coaches please stop playing in lower levels to Win! Play at a competitive level we all want to win, but we need to teach these kids how to compete not just play weaker competition to look good.

- If everyone could say a prayer for @jordan_heifner please. She got injured in her game last week and the results from her MRI were today. She has a torn ACL, a torn meniscus and a sprained MCL. She is being scheduled for surgery and is out for the season. 💔😢

- Please stop teaching kids to dribble 75 times before they pass the ball. This may work in high school but we play with a shot clock in college and that crap don’t work! MOVE THE BALL!!
