    Big Day for Battlefield football. Coach Francese is the Virginia High school Broyles award as the best Assistant Coach in the state. I am glad they recognize what we all already knew. Coach will travel to Little Rock ARK for the national award later this year. Congrats Coach!!

    Congratulations to our Defensive Coordinator and DL coach Steve Francese region 1 winner and 1 of 4 finalist for the Broyles award as the best assistant coach in Virginia. The final award will be given on Feb 24. There is no better coach in the state, we are proud of Steve!

    So proud of Steve Francese our Defensive Coordinator. Steve is the winner of the Broyles award for Virginia as the states best assistant Coach.We are at the national Broyles ceremony in Hot Springs Arkansas. Great Coach, better man!! Thank you Steve, Great Job!!

    I would like to welcome Jamie Labazzetta back to the Bobcat family. Jamie is a former coach here & the son of legendary BHS DC Paul Labazzetta. Jamie served as the DC at Eastern View and Flint Hill High Schools. We are excited that Jamie, Jacque, Atticus, and Magnus are back.

    Coen King is an exceptional man Coen is an all time EV great. He was a walk on at UVA never pouted, just out worked everyone earned a scholarship, earned a starting position and now is one of the best in ACC. He has earned everything. He expects nothing and earns everything

    I would like to congratulate Larry Helmick on getting his dream job. He has been named the Head Coach at Madison County High School. Madison just got a great coach. Larry did a great job for us and we wish him all the best!!!

    Incredible way to start the new week with a great visit from Randy Shannon Co Defensive Coordinator at Florida State University. Coach Shannon is a legend and class act. Honored he could stop by and spend some time with us at Battlefield. Let’s Go Bobcats!!!!!

    Battlefield had one of the Virginia’s finest in the building yesterday. Former Hokie and Raven, now JMU Wr coach Justin Harper was here with Coach DiMichele. It was great talking about Bobcat players and Dukes football with them. Proud to be a Bobcat!! @JMUFootball
