- Here’s the mic drop for why you shouldn’t get caught up in your youth sports kid not listening to you… If Charlie isn’t listening to Tiger, it’s probably a safe bet it’s “normal” for yours not to listen to you. Figure out who has their ear, and work through them.

- Hitting is like walking through a minefield, where you know the path, and then one day you just forget where the path is…. Except you’re already halfway through the minefield. Help yourself out and leave some bread crumbs and familiar checkpoints.
- It’s like Junior College: you wonder if you’re ever going to see your hometown again, by the time it’s over you’re ready to nap for 2 years, and then you tell stories with the guys you did it with for a decade after like you were in Afghanistan. It’s great.Northwoods League baseball is no joke. 72 games in 78 days. Can’t imagine what that experience is like. Sounds grueling but awesome at the same time. Thoughts out there from NWLers?

00:00 - Every year some team makes/misses the playoffs by one game. When everyone is talented the margins are razor thin. We drive down the highway of HR’s and punchouts & aimlessly leave these on the side of the road. 90 ft is worth a lot of cash 💰
