- 3 types of players: -Non-Compliant - not at workouts, always has excuse, lazy effort when he does show -Compliant - shows up almost everyday, but merely survives workout, Good not GREAT -Committed - ATTACKS every rep, everyday, w/ an enthusiasm unknown to mankind! #WhoAreYou
- PSA for parents of HS football players or future HS football players. Teams practice on Labor Day, Fair Day, & Thanksgiving Day (if you’re lucky). Yes, it is a big deal! Yes, it will be treated as a missed practice! No, they will not start on Friday if they missed! #NoExcuses
