Recruit asked me, "how many kids have you sent D1." My response, "Everyone that was D1." 🤔

- I'm trying to figure out when HS basketball went from discipline and winning, to a showcase where coaches should allow kids to make mistakes and lose. S/O to HS coaches that hold their kids accountable. Makes our lives at this level easier. #realrecognizereal
- When will people accept that Covid is real. Don't matter if you think stats are real, fake or exaggerated; the shutdown is real. The AZ athletic season at all levels is in jeopardy. I hope a few weeks of BS was worth potentially killing NCAA, NAIA & JC sports for the 20-21 season
- It's funny to me when a person says I sub a kid for 1 mistake. We practice Monday & Tuesday for a Wednesday game. The kid mad that mistake 20 times each day of practice. It's ur 1st time seeing that mistake; it's my 41st, & I know how the movie ends. #beafan #realrecognizereal
- Every coach isn't for every player; every parent agenda isn't for every program. Neither side needs to justify themselves by bashing the other. Just say we weren't good for each other. It's ok to leave on good terms. #realrecognizereal
- Words can't describe how proud I am of my boys. They have worked hard, and earned everything they have achieved. It's an honor to be your coach. I love you guys. Now let's get that last one. #MPFam #MPvsEverybody #NOEXCUSES
- Hope all the guys selling new age basketball are learning a lesson from the Suns. Old school can still wins; true center, scoring wings, and a pass first PG. #realrecognizereal
- Just because a club has players that go D1 doesn't mean they know the recruiting process. Just because they know a few trainers doesn't mean they know training. And, just because you play for them doesn't mean they know you. Don't be mislead. #realrecognizereal
- Coaches tweet out about their players & programs, that aren't as loud during this crisis. I listened to some of my guys today, & it felt good to educate them on the history of this madness. Be more than a scout, coach or hype man 4 ur players, be a resource. #realrecognizereal
- Its sad watching the same dudes who talked negatively about a kid's, trying to connect with him now that he's in a good place. Anybody can come around when it's good. Where were u when it was bad? #realrecognizereal
- It's crazy to me, that with all that this virus has done to our world, there are coaches still upset about the loss of summer basketball. Be hopeful those kids have a chance to live. That's far more important than some exposure. Life over basketball. #realrecognizereal
- Strong coaching is based on da message, not da delivery. If you don't like players being yelled at, say that. People need 2 stop portraying coaches who yell as insecure, mean & not caring. My coaches have a long list of life success stories. They were yellers & cared about us.
- Kids are so commercialized. At my daughter's game, and a middle school age boy is rolling his thighs. I didn't start stretching until I was 30. Smh. #Millennials
- It's bigger than t-shirts in the lay up line & words on jerseys & courts. #realrecognizereal
