- As the transfer portal grows, you high school guys need to take a serious look at the smaller schools. Go somewhere and make a difference from Day 1!
- 7 years ago I entered this business as a JUCO AC. I had a goal & dream of one day coaching at the D1 level. When I was blessed w/the opportunity to become a D1 AC last year I took it. I promised myself to stay humble & would always be accessible. Just want the best for everyone.

- Accept people as they are, but place people where they belong.
- Keep winning in private. Not everyone needs to see what you’re up to!
- Cant stop what God has for you!
- Be so confident in God's plan that you don't even get upset anymore when things don't go your way.
