- God is great! Katie and I have been blessed with the arrival of a handsome, healthy baby boy. Barrett William Watson arrived yesterday. 7lbs 1oz & 20 inches. My wife is an absolute trooper. Here’s to a life of health & happiness, young man. We love you.

- RECRUITS: DMing a coach just a highlight link and nothing else is like applying for a job by just emailing someone with the company a partial resume with no subject or content. If you’re going to take the time to copy & paste the link you should copy & paste basic info as well.
- Just spent 2 hours in front of the fire pit with my beautiful wife. No phones. Just some country tunes in the background. Best Friday night in a long time. I’m beyond fortunate.
- Say it again! “Alabama has their two starting corners running down on kickoff!” It’s 1/3 of the game. Field position is CRUCIAL! Take pride in being on specials.
- ATTN O Line Recruits: Make sure your highlight film is DIVERSE! Your recruiting coach/OL coach at the school your interested in wants to see you do more than down block. Have a couple of your best clips of you doing a little bit of everything.
- Gotta put force through the ground to put force through the defender. Have to keep maya dialed in on her everyday drills. Even this far into the season we start with Chutes & Boards.
