- 7 years ago, I presented a proposal to bring athletics to QC. I was rejected the first time. A year later, they approved & I started my recruiting process. It was a hard sell for guys to come that never heard of the program. These two believed in 27 year old with a vision. (1/3)
- Blessed to have coached a lot of of great players & fortunate enough to have a teriffic assistant coaches+family . None of this is possible without them.
- Rest in peace to a very close friend, mentor & hero of mine George “Trigger” Burke. He was a huge part of Quincy College and I promised him to continue to carry his basketball legacy throughout the community. His name will live on and @QCMBB will be honoring him in the playoffs.
- A shoutout to my tough wife. She is the brightest & bravest women. Had a successfully 5 hr surgery. We as a family are happy that you are coming home & celebrating your birthday. The glue to the family. She was worried that I miss practice while she goes through surgery. 🙄🤣
- Pick up basketball… I would search for the best run during the summer. I learned so much; how to score, how to make my teamates better, how to impact game without scoring .. No refs, no coaches yelling at you about mistakes. Just you & 4 other kids holding each other accountable

- I want to take a moment to congratulate @Dptrey_5 for a great career at a historic HBCU @NCCU_MBB. The former Granite averaged 31.9 points and led all three divisions of NJCAA. Deven had 15 30-plus, and four 40-plus point performances with 16 double-doubles. @QuincyCollege
