- Football is FAMILY. Too many hours, too many detractors, too much sacrifice for it to only be a game.
- Not only are these students learning healthy exercise habits that will carry with them thru life, they are getting a S&C edge on their peers. Beautiful form and focus all around the room. Side note: if you think they are too young, you are about 20 years behind the research.
