Start recruiting off film and not stars . ✌🏿- Stop saying you looking for dawgs but don’t even respond to these kids or coaches in your dms or in these posts thats really all for likes and follows .
- Recruiters are we recruiting kids with size or are we recruiting real ball players that fit your culture . The call I just had blew my mind .

- Why don’t coaches celebrate getting they kids out to D2s etc like they do D1s . Regardless you did gods work by sending that kid somewhere to pursue they dream. Celebrate them same way
- Fall in love with the schools that fall in love with you. Stop chasing programs that clearly aren’t chasing you back, and don’t waste time waiting on something that may never come. Too many of you are listening to empty promises from schools that are just stringing you along with

- This kid also stayed behind after everybody left and cleaned up all the trash and belongings everyone left behind just so Elac field wasn’t dirty . He also got Jadyn Robinson to assist him . Those little things show a kid’s great character . I knew this wouldn’t get mentioned
