- I didn’t graduate HS because of grades… Had a local D3 coach look me and say.. “No one else is going to give you a chance and I have 150 guys coming this month to visit so you should make a decision wisely” - I didn’t sign. - Went JUCO. - Became a Full Scholarship D1 player
- 🚨 RECRUITS 🚨 As a JUCO player I once had a D3 Coach message me about joining his team.. I politely declined as I was looking to go higher and explained that.. He understood completely and sent my film to his longtime friend at a D1 FCS.. Got me my 1st D1 phone call.
